Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what’s needed to get your order to you, and nothing more.
What we collect
Placing an order gives us your name, email, phone number, and delivery address. That's it — we don't ask for anything we don't need to get your order to you.
What it's used for
Fulfilling your order, sending your receipt, and reaching you on WhatsApp if there's a question about delivery. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell it to anyone.
Payment
Card payments run through Ziina. Your card number never touches our servers — Ziina handles it directly and only tells us whether the payment went through.
Cookies & storage
Your cart is saved in your browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. It stays on your device — we don't use tracking cookies or ad pixels.
Your data, your call
Want your details removed, or a copy of what we hold? Message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll sort it within a few days.
